The information can be found on the Skylark product page. Click on the "documents" tab. There you can see the Landing and Arch Measurements PDF. The measurements are based on floor to ceiling heights.

Can the Skylark Electric Attic Stairs be installed for a vertical opening? I have a door leading to our attic, not a ceiling opening.

This product cannot be installed into a vertical application.
