What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
• Paypal
• Money Orders and Personal Checks (Order will not be processed to ship until payment has cleared)
• Purchase Orders (Existing credit accounts only)

When do you charge my credit card?

Unless prior arrangements have been made, or you have an established credit account, payment is processed at the time the order is placed. Many of our items are built on a per order basis, and your up-front payment serves to secure production of your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We can accept purchase orders for existing credit accounts. If you do not have an existing credit account, please contact customer service for information regarding establishing an account with us.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipping to the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington will be assessed sales tax at checkout.

I was charged sales tax on my order, but I am tax exempt.

We are happy to refund sales tax for customers who are tax exempt. Once you place your order, please contact customer to have the tax portion of your order refunded. We will need you to provide documented proof of your tax exempt status in the form of a tax exempt certificate with ID number to keep on file. If you registered for an account on our website, we will then set up your account to be tax exempt for future orders.
