The Mid Post is designed specifically for use where post to post measurement spans over 4'. It enables you to adapt longer spans to code compliancy by stabilizing the deflection of RailEasy™ cable railings between posts. The mid posts are available in 36" or 42" stanchions pre-drilled to work with our standard 3" spacing. Apply a thin bead of Loctite 326 brand adhesive to the post base and rail tee when you are comfortable that the dry-fit sections are correct. The mid post should never be used in spans over 8'. The mid post includes grommets.
