The Rintal mini staircase is the space-saving compact staircase that does not give up style with only a 23-3/4" wide footprint!
Mini is a particularly compact open staircase, created to offer a smart solution even when there is not enough space for a normal open staircase.
The treads and the handrail are both made of solid beech wood, varnished with 2 coats of non-toxic, natural water-based paint, while the structure, railing, and modular steel supports are painted with oven-dried epoxy paint.
Rintal Small Staircase Features:
- Open Stairway Available in Straight or L-Shaped Versions
- Natural or Walnut Wood Varnish
- Adjustable Rise from 7-7/8" to 9-1/2" (First rise is always 21 cm / 8-1/4")
- Overall Width (including railing on one side): 23-3/4"
- Tread Thickness: 1-1/2"
*Notes:
- Opening must be larger than modular staircase.
- For instances where your stair height falls between 2 ranges, choosing the shorter range will have a larger rise between treads, while choosing the taller range will give you an additional tread, creating a smaller rise.

Product Questions
Do the Rintal Mini Modular Stairs meet the USA building code 2015? I’m building a barn cabin an the loft is over the porch which opens to the living room. I am trying to have something that looks modern but takes minimal space. I would put a L turn so I can make a coat closet under the stairs.

Unfortunately, this product will not meet Building Code.
