The all NEW disappearing sliding stairway designed to replace the conventional folding attic ladder and is specially engineered to fit the existing folding stair opening. You don't climb a Bessler Stairway - you walk up it! - 11'5"H To 11'10"H

  • Stated height range is for finished floor to finished floor, NOT floor to ceiling height. Please verify your floor to floor height before ordering
