What is the status of my order / Has my order shipped yet?
If you created a log-in at the time of placing your order, or if you have an existing login, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the link here to view your order history and get the status of your order. If you do not have an existing log-in or used the "guest" checkout option, please click here for the status of your order.
How do I make changes to an order or cancel an order?
Orders that are pending or processing for but have not shipped yet can be changed or canceled by contacting customer service. This only applies to stock items (non custom made items). Custom items that are in production may be noncancelable and/or nonrefundable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Alternatively, If you created a log-in at the time of placing your order, or if you have an existing login, you can view the tracking information for your order by logging into your account at the link here and retrieving your order information.
Alternatively, if you do not have an existing log-in or used the "guest" checkout option, please click here to view your order and see the updated tracking information once it is available.
My order never arrived.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm the status of your shipment. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
I am missing an item from my order / my item is missing parts / one of my parts is defective.
We apologize if any item you ordered from us is incomplete, defective, or missing parts. Please contact customer service for assistance and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve any issues with your order.
What happens if an item is on back order or out of stock?
Due to unforeseen shortages of stock items, some items may become backordered. If items on your order have been backordered, we will notify you by phone or e-mail with an approximate ship date for these items. At this time, orders can be canceled for a full refund if you are unable to wait for an item to ship.
