Fixture Style For This Kit:
This kit features roller-style upper fixtures with ultra-quiet gliding motion that roll smoothly on your ladder rails. Roller-style upper fixtures can be used on straight style rails and curved rails.
How to Choose Optional Upgrades:
How many feet of rail? Rails are 1" diameter solid aluminum that are sold in 4' and 8' lengths. Rail sections longer than 8' will include the necessary splice kit(s) to join together two or more lenghts of rail. For example, a 24' rail length will include (3x) 8' Rail sections and (2x) Splice Kits. Rails can be trimmed down to the length you require.
Add curved rail? 90° (30" radius) and 135° curved rails are available for inside corners. Each curved rail section is 5' in length.
How many brackets? You will need 1 bracket for every 32" or 4 brackets for every 8 feet of rail. Brackets are available in horizontal and vertical style brackets. (see pictures below)
Add End Stops? End stops provide a finished end to your rail and also act as a stop for ladders that use rolling hardware. They are sold in pairs of two. Installing the end stops require a 1/4 x 20 tap (can be purchased as a separate option).
Add Additional Rung Support Rods? (7x) Rung supports are included with the standard hardware kit for ladders up to 8'. Additional support rods are needed for 9' and 10' ladders, or build your own ladders. (One additional for ladders up to 9', two additional for ladders up to 10').
Add A Top Support Rung? Turned top support dowel for build your own ladders.
