Fakro LSF One Hour Fire Rated Scissors Attic Ladders
The Fakro LSF fire-resistant attic ladder provides easy and safe access to the attic, and at the same time serves as a fire block during a fire inside the building. A modern system of folding the ladder enables the ladder to be folded to smaller lengths and therefore allows smaller sizes of loft hatch to be achieved. The inner part of the frame is equipped with a gasket, which under the influence of high temperatures increases its volume and prevents the smoke from entering the higher floors.

Precision Ladders Super Simplex Two Hour Fire Rated Attic Ladders / Stairs
Precision Ladders manufacturers a fire-rated version of the Super Simplex that is the original fire-rated attic stair. The Precision Ladders Super Simplex was lab tested by Intertek and granted a Warnock Hersey label.  Tested to ASTM E119 and UBC 43-7 up to a 2 Hour Rating.
