Center Beam Angle:
Series 42 - Series 42 stairs have a 42° center beam, 8" risers, and 9" tread. Series 42 stairs require 6.6" minimum head clearance and 8'8" opening length.
Series 45 - Series 45 stairs have a 45° center beam, 8" risers, and 8" tread. Series 45 stairs require 6.6" minimum head clearance and 7'9" opening length.
