Description
 

This metal spiral stair kit provides everything you need for installation including all fasteners, easy-to-follow instructions, plus an installation video featuring Ed & Joe, "The Furniture Guys". The kit goes together quickly and easily, requiring no special skills or tools.The standard finish for the spiral kit is a black primer coat.

The Classic Steel Spiral kit includes:

  • Center pole
  • Round base plate
  • 30° treads
  • 90° landing platform
  • Landing railing
  • One spindle per riser
  • 1-1/4" round polyethylene tube handrail coil
  • Vinyl center pole cap
  • All hardware required for assembly
  • Installation manual and video.

Features:
  • All steel construction
  • Heavy 12 gauge steel treads and landing each welded to a 4" round collar that precisely slides over the 3-1/2" diameter center pole.
  • Railing spindles and landing railing are 3/4" square steel tube.
  • 10" x 1/4" thick round metal base plate with pre-drilled holes for bolting to floor.
  • Treads and landing are pre-drilled to receive hardwood covering or underlayment for carpeting.
  • Railing spindles have an adjustable cup shape fitting to receive the handrail..
  • All steel components are primed black.
  • Spiral Kits fit into a square well opening 2" larger than the stair diameter. Round opening option is available.
  • May be installed either right or left hand up.
  • Installs easily against a balcony or deck.
  • Normal assembly time for the Standard Kit is four to six hours, using just a few simple tools.
